Operations and Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are looking for a Coordinator to support our company’s client relationships and development operations. Detail-oriented, hardworking, and personable, candidates will provide a range of administrative support services to the CEO and COO, partner with the Client Success Director for a deep understanding of the user base and platform and play a key role in development through Quality Assurance tasks.

Trevanna Tracks is an independently owned small business that fosters continual personal development.  This is an exciting opportunity to touch many areas of the business which include client relationships, branding, feature release marketing, product development, and information security, among other exciting responsibilities.

Success in this role will include:

  • An inquisitive, highly organized personality focused on gaining a deep understanding of our platform
  • Attendance and contributions to daily All Hands meetings, where we discuss development plans, client requests, business development, marketing and cyber security initiatives
  • Active participation in Daily Scrum and weekly Sprint Planning meetings with the Head of Product, Tech Lead, Developer and Fractional CTO
  • Maintenance of our internal systems, tickets and agile processes that track feature development projects and client relations
  • Monitor each Sprint’s progress, communicating updates to executives
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and eye for consistency when reviewing scope documents and approving new features in the staging environment
  • Drive continuous improvement in the Agile process
  • Participation in demo and onboarding calls, absorbing all details of the product as well as client requests, and taking diligent notes to be reviewed for action items, trend spotting, and feature roadmap needs
  • Translate and be an advocate for client needs in Daily Scrum and agile planning meetings so that the backlog is prioritized accordingly
  • Contribution of articles and videos to the online help center
  • Track client subscriptions and notify leadership team on milestones including renewal dates and invoices
  • Support marketing and awareness initiatives, including event sponsorships
  • Occasional attendance and client relations at off-site, out of business hours events
  • Work from our West LA office 1-2 times a week

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior office experience
  • Proactive, resourceful, efficient, energetic, positive, and a genuine desire to work well with people
  • Knowledge of Agile workflows and/or Project Management fundamentals a plus
